You will be able to add or remove members at any time. Each time you add or give access to a member, you are assigning one seat. If you have an unused seat, there's no charge to add a new member. When the remaining seat amount is insufficient, we will remind you that you have reached the seat limit. You can purchase more seats and then assign them to your members.

When you remove a member, the member's seat remains open and you can fill it by adding a new member or assigning it to other members. If you want to remove the paid seats to reduce your bill, you can remove an unused seat at the Billing screen in Configuration.

You can cancel your subscription at any time and renew it before the next billing date.

If you cancel your subscription, your team will no longer be able to edit or add data after the next billing date, but you will still be able to view some of the data. Your data will remain on the system, but you will lose access to paid subscription features. Your plan will be downgraded to the Free plan. If over 30 users were authorized, we will keep authorization for recently active users and revoke the rest. You can also change authorizations. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments.
